Yes, it is 100% safe . Iron on low to medium heat.

No, it does not. Follow the care instructions attached on the garment.

What Payment methods we can choose from?

We accept Debit/Credit cards, Paytm, Net Banking, and COD.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Yes you may, if your order has not been dispatched. Please get in touch with our Customer Care Team at the earliest to change/cancel your order.

What is a BH wallet?

A built in wallet for Bombay high users to manage payment efficiently. One point is equal to One Rupee.

Shipping & Returns

How do I track my order?

You can track your orderxyz link.You will receive a tracking number by email and SMS once the product has been dispatched. This can also be found in the 'My Account' section on the website as well as in the footer.

How long will it take to get my orders?

It will take 3-10 business days for your order to be delivered. Please get in touch with the Customer Delight Team for expedited delivery.

Return Eligibility and Process

We adopt a 15-day policy as long as the returned product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags. If a certain style is NOT eligible, it is tagged as 'Final Sale' on the product page itself.

Process:

  • To return your order, you will need to log in to your account and follow the steps: 
  • Go to ' My orders' -  Click on the return button next to the product you want to return.
  • Select the reason for return from the dropdown.
  • Confirm if the original tags are intact and proceed with the return.
  • Once confirmed, you will receive return updates via email on the registered mail id.

It will take 7-10 working days to process the returns.

Return Amount

You can get a full refund in your back account or store credit voucher for the amount you have paid towards the returned products for all purchases.

Is there any additional shipping charge?

For India: Free shipping on all orders. Yay!

What Can I do if I receive a damaged product

We would require you to send an image or a video of the damage to our Customer Care  team via an email oncontact@bombayhigh.co.in  within 24hrs of delivery and we will schedule a pick up. Post assessment of the returned product, the refund for the same will be processed.

How do I apply my promo code?

You can copy your code from the product page / apply your code at your cart, , in the “Gift/Discount code” box under your order total.

Can I exchange an item won in a contest?

Unless it is a matter of sizing, promotional gifts and contest winnings cannot be exchanged for other products or for credit vouchers.

When does my promo code expire?
